Are you a Business Analyst with strong people management skills and experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (ERP) Finance & Operations (F&O)?  Do you see yourself as a bridge between business and IT, with an eye for processes and people? Then read on, who knows, maybe you are the person we are looking for!  As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in understanding and translating the needs of the business.

  • You take the lead in discovering and defining the needs of the business
  • You advise which improvements create the most value by analysing business context, high-level requirements and ROI
  • You provide business cases to support Business Partners and Project Managers in drawing up roadmaps and initiating projects
  • Together with the Application Architect, you determine high-level solutions that contribute maximally to the business objectives
  • You document your analyses clearly and accurately, using appropriate business analysis techniques
  • You monitor priorities and facilitate collaboration with stakeholders and technical teams
  • You work closely with business stakeholders, solution architects and partners
  • You support business stakeholders in decision-making and provide insights for maximum ROI
  • You are responsible for following up and monitoring initial objectives during project delivery
  • You can prioritise needs across stakeholders and domains.

What you need to succeed:

  • You have a higher degree (ideally Master) and bring at least 5 years' experience as a business analyst. You are familiar with bridging the gap between business and IT
  • With strong analytical skills, you work in a structured and results-oriented way. You are good at working independently and have a hands-on mentality with which you tackle complex issues
  • You have experience with tools and systems such as Microsoft Dynamics, ERP, CRM and ITSM
  • You are familiar with Agile methodologies, ITIL processes and BPMN diagrams
  • You communicate fluently in Dutch and English
  • You work at least once a week at Cegeka Hasselt (Corda) combined with working from home.
