As an HR Business Partner, you take ownership of making the business objectives and ambitions a reality through our HR processes, initiatives and projects.   • You are a sparring partner for the management team for both strategic and operational HR matters.
  • You implement the corporate HR policy in a goal-oriented and pragmatic way in function of the needs of the business. 
  • You analyse the HR data and KPIs and use them to set out effective actions with demonstrable business value.  
  • You steer HR-related projects as HR project manager or participate as an HR expert.
  • You guide managers in the annual HR cycle & facilitate all talent management aspects with demonstrable results.
  • As HRBP you act as the first point of contact for the business and you functionally steer the other HR disciplines.  
  • You play an important role in the internal mobility of high potentials and the recruitment of key positions.
  • You advise employees on HR issues, always in line with social legislation.
  • You advise managers in the development of strategic skills .
  • You keep abreast of HR trends and implement them within Cegeka if you can demonstrate added value.

What you need to succeed:

  • Experience in autonomously supporting an organisation in all aspects of talent management.
  • Insight into organisational structure, processes and competence in giving impactful HR advice.
  • Curiosity and creative interest in proactively proposing new HR initiatives that contribute to achieving the organisation's objectives.
  • Experience in project management.
  • You have HR knowledge and experience in the areas of: recruitment, learning & development, talent management and labour law.
  • You are able to connect, have strong communication skills and are proficient in stakeholder management and change management.
  • You can be based in Leuven, Hasselt, Antwerp or Ghent in combination with homeworking, but you are willing to travel regularly to our Hasselt office.
