As HR Business Partner for our Business Solutions division, you will take ownership to translate the business objectives and ambitions into HR goals & an HR plan and deliver them through our HR processes, initiatives and projects.  You feel comfortable in an international, dynamic and result-oriented environment where entrepreneurship and authenticity are highly valued.   • You are a sparring partner for the management team on both strategic and operational HR matters.
  • You think along about a relevant HR policy and implement this HR policy in a goal-oriented and pragmatic way in function of the needs of the business. 
  • You analyse HR data and KPIs and use them to implement effective actions with demonstrable business value.  
  • You manage HR-related projects as HR project manager or participate as HR expert.
  • You guide managers in the annual HR cycle & facilitate all talent management aspects with demonstrable results
  • As HRBP, you act as the first point of contact for the business, ensure good cooperation with HR Shared Services (such as Payroll, Fleet) and steer the other HR disciplines such as recruitment and L&D.
  • You yourself play an important role in the internal mobility of high potentials and recruitment for key positions.
  • You advise employees on HR issues, always in line with social legislation.
  • You advise managers in the development of strategic skills and provide them with the necessary tools.
  • You stay on top of  the new HR trends and implement them within Cegeka if there is a real added value. Sharing knowledge with other HRBPs and HR professionals is obvious.

What you need to succeed:

  • Relevant experience (min. 10 years) in autonomously supporting an organisation in all aspects of talent management. You have HR expertise in the areas of corporate culture, talent acquisition (recruitment & employer branding), learning & development, talent management and labour law.
  • Insight into organisational structure and processes and the competence to provide impactful HR advice and to take a leading role together with the Team Managers within Business Solutions.
  • Eager to learn and creatively interested in proactively proposing and working out new HR initiatives that contribute to achieving the organisational objectives. Experience in project management is a plus.
  • Experience in an IT environment, affinity with the ERP Consultancy world and awareness of the challenges such business faces on a daily basis is an asset.
  • You are able to connect, have strong communication skills (in Dutch) and are adept at stakeholder management and change management.
  • You can give your team clear objectives, inspire, coach and motivate them so that together you can offer added value in the field of HR as a reliable partner for the business.
  • You will be based in Ghent in combination with working from home, but you are willing to travel to our Hasselt office or other offices (where relevant) once a month on average.
