  • As Operations Manager, you will divide your time between 2 roles:
  • As Recruitment Leader, you will head an outperforming recruitment team, coordinate the work of this team, manage these colleagues and provide the necessary coaching and support:
  • As Team Leader, you manage a team of about 10 Recruitment Specialists and ensure an optimal composition and development of skills with a focus on achieving excellent results in an efficient way with maximisation of candidate experience, a motivating team atmosphere, optimal coordination of requests from clients, follow-up of processes and KPIs.
  • You participate in the realisation of projects and are responsible for monitoring targets, reporting and daily resource planning within the team.
  • Together with your team, you take responsibility for developing, implementing and following up a number of actions and projects related to staffing / employer branding.
  • As IT Competence Leader you are responsible for a team of 3 Field Managers (and indirectly for approx. 250 consultants) for an optimal composition and development of skills within the division with a focus on achieving excellent results in an efficient way and maximising employee experience:
  • you support the Field managers in their people management assignment : personal development & connection employees (onboarding, competence centre operation, quality assurance HR cycle, skills management, optimise internal growth opportunities, retention, connection freelancers, ...)
  • Effective coordination and cooperation where necessary with other Cegeka divisions in the field of resource planning and development
  • You are a member of the Professional Services Management Team and report to the division director

What you need to succeed:

  • We are looking for someone who kicks for results and takes ownership!
  • Preferably Master with minimum 10 years of work experience of which 5 years relevant experience within ICT recruitment, preferably within IT Consultancy
  • You have built up a first relevant experience as team leader.
  • Experience in change management and motivating a team in a context where change is an important aspect
  • Creative and always looking for new ways to improve results
  • Helicopter view but motivated to include hands on activities as well
  • You work project-based and are a leader type, you like to grasp things and work them out
  • Good planning and organisation skills, you can prioritise and multitask
  • You believe in the power of teamwork and as a team leader, you bring out the best in all team members.
  • You regularly work from our offices in Hasselt and Leuven, in combination with work from home.
