Cegeka Healthcare is looking for a People Operations Lead for our laboratory software department. Are you an experienced people manager? Corlabs is the Laboratory Information management System (LIS) for clinical laboratories that is used internationally in hospitals and clinical laboratories.
As People Operations Lead of the Corlabs department, you work in an international context with an impact on the health of millions of people in Belgium, Switzerland, France and far beyond.
You are part of the leadership team and together you ensure the translation of the divisional objectives and priorities to the teams.
In close cooperation with recruitment, you know how to find the right people for the right job. You compile accurate capacity planning based on the needs of the service and project managers.
You are responsible for the follow-up and coaching of your people. You know how to motivate them but also how to steer them when necessary.
You get energy from optimising processes and supervising change processes.
You keep yourself informed of trends and new insights in the field of people, talent and competence management.
What you need to succeed:
You have at least 5 years of experience in a managerial position, preferably within a software development environment.
You have strong communication skills and can listen as well as speak.
You are strong and have an open and sincere communication style. Even when you are assertive, you do so in a connecting way.
You feel at home in Cegeka's result-oriented, dynamic and no-nonsense approach.
From experience you know how to deal with hybrid teams that work in different locations.
You speak and write fluently in Dutch and English.
