Do you like challenging and complex infrastructure issues? Do you enjoy working out technical solutions? Do you get energized to present that solution to customers in a convincing way?

  • You determine the high level solution of the deal and keep the overview of the solution, as well as its coherence
  • You work closely with the presales domain architects, the bid manager and with sales
  • You answer specifications and tenders. You make the technical translation between the customer's needs and the benefits the customer is looking for and the strengths of our entire portfolio
  • You manage your stakeholders well and succeed in gathering as much information as possible in order to optimally understand your customer's needs.
  • You start from the existing architecture and work out a concrete roadmap and long-term plan with a clear and proactive vision of the future. You take the customer with you towards the future
  • You make a clear and attractive presentation of the solution and write things out carefully
  • You monitor costs/budget end-to-end
  • Based on your proposed blueprint, the team of technical/lead architects and engineers will implement and roll out the solution.

What you need to succeed:

  • You have a bachelor and/or master degree
  • You have extensive experience as an IT (presales) architect with a broad, sometimes in-depth knowledge of various infrastructure products such as Hybrid cloud (Azure/Kubernetes/private cloud/hardware), Middleware, Digital workplace, Security and Service architecture (ITIL)
  • You have strong analytical skills
  • You present fluently, are communicatively strong and persuasive
  • You are fluent in Excel, Powerpoint, Word, etc ..
  • You have a very good knowledge of Dutch and English. Knowledge of French is a strong plus
  • You have empathy and know how to convince
  • You want to offer real added value to your customers, you work result-oriented and always with attention for quality
  • You are stress resistant, get energy from working with deadlines and winning deals. You get the best out of every challenge, even when you have to work with incomplete or insufficient information
  • Certifications are a plus (ITIL, Azure, AWS, TOGAF, Prince2, ...).
