Interested in leading the ERP program at a prominent growth company? As a Program Manager, you maintain a global overview and coordinate efforts across local and international teams. You act as a strategic partner and ensure open and transparent communication. You build strong trust relationships and proactively contribute to shaping the world of tomorrow.   • You are a driving force within a new program focused on ERP systems.
  • You have an impact on shaping your own program.
  • You are the point of contact and lead the programs at a tactical and strategic level.
  • From your meetings with the project board and steering committee, you ensure our organization is provided with accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Together with the teams, you define the project scope and impact, giving you a clear picture of the needs and solutions. You create the complete program planning.
  • You closely monitor the predefined timings, budgets, available resources, and objectives.
  • You actively participate in projects and propose adequate solutions.
  • You work as a strategic business partner for the teams but are also capable of rolling up your sleeves when needed.
  • You are responsible for the program's P&L and internal financial reporting.
  • You oversee the organizational and financial standards and provide accurate P&L information to management.
  • You functionally manage the project managers with the aim of successfully delivering the program.
  • You serve as the people manager for the project managers. You play an active role in the training, development, feedback, and guidance of your own employees.

What you need to succeed:

  • Having around 10 years of relevant experience as a program manager at the enterprise level is a must.
  • You are a natural leader and have experience in (functionally) managing and motivating project managers and project teams.
  • You communicate openly and smoothly and have experience in communicating and reporting at the C-level.
  • Through your expertise, social skills, flexibility, and commitment, you succeed in gaining the trust of the teams.
  • You have a helicopter view but do not underestimate the importance of details. If necessary, you are willing to get hands-on.
  • You have strong knowledge of various project methodologies such as SCRUM, Agile, Kanban. Knowledge of Agile SAFe is a plus.
  • You have experience in managing external parties.
  • You communicate fluently in English.
