Then nexuzhealth has a tailor-made challenge for you! Nexuzhealth is the Flemish market leader in the management of electronic patient records (EPD). Founded in 2016 by UZ Leuven and Cegeka, it builds on 25 years of development on the Clinical Workstation (KWS) within UZ Leuven. Nexuzhealth thus combines the years of experience of both organizations in ICT and healthcare with the passion of a startup. By offering the collaboration between different hospitals and the patient in a transparent and unambiguous manner, nexuzhealth increases the quality of the care provision. Today, 37 Flemish hospitals and care institutions already work with KWS, accounting for approximately half of the Flemish hospital beds. Patients are also finding their way to, the platform where every patient from an affiliated healthcare institution can access his/her medical file. Some 1 million patients already use the file in their contacts with their care team, either via computer or smartphone. #LI-LC1

  • You are the first point of contact for our customers. You do this professionally, enthusiastically and with the attitude to unburden the customer.
  • You are part of the customer support team.
  • As a problem-solving jack-of-all-trades you listen, analyze and look for the appropriate solution to a wide range of questions and problems.
  • You communicate clearly and efficiently about the approach and the solution of calls, the communication is done via the ticketing system Jira or by phone.
  • You meticulously record and document calls and report to all parties involved.
  • You take ownership to ensure that requests, incidents and standard changes are handled in a timely manner. You keep the customer informed about this.
  • You ensure a good customer experience. As a customer support employee you are the ambassador of nexuzhealth, you radiate positivity and professionalism to the customers.
  • You share your knowledge and experience with colleagues, documentation keeps you up-to-date.
  • Alternating between working from 8 am to 4.30 pm or from 8.30 am to 5 pm.
  • You actively contribute to the continuous improvement of our services.

What you need to succeed:

  • Someone who has experience on a service helpdesk, to end users, that's the first element we look at, after all that is necessary for this role.
  • Supporting customers/users feels very natural to you.
  • You are customer friendly, contactable, communicative, empathetic and assertive. You are a real team player who can also work independently.
  • You can adapt to changing circumstances, have a sense for accuracy, can think creatively (inventiveness) and can deal with stress.
  • The comfort and user experience of the end user comes first for you.
  • You have affinity/interest in our healthcare software and are eager to learn about our various products.
  • Having experience in a hospital environment is a big plus but not an absolute requirement.
  • You speak and write fluently Dutch and English and you can also express yourself well in French.  
  • You will work from UZ Leuven and sometimes from home.
