You will coach and supervise a group of 30 support and system engineers.
You report to and act as sparring partner for the line manager of the Virtual Workplace & Communication & Collaboration team.
You proactively seek improvement proposals to boost the overall smooth running of your team.
You are responsible for the operational planning, follow-up and adjustment of your team members.
You follow up the timely submission of time entries.
You have experience in reporting and analysing data in reports.
You handle operational issues and escalations.
You take care of the HR cycle for the team members (evaluation interviews, development interviews, 121s, etc.).
You are responsible for providing good service to internal and external customers.
Thanks to your strong sense of organisation and planning, you know how to handle various activities simultaneously and deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines.
You are responsible for drawing up and maintaining procedures and processes and ensuring the follow-up of objectives and the necessary reporting to the parties involved.
You have an affinity with the digital workplace (AVD, Citrix) and the various communication and collaboration platforms (M365, Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, Enterprise Voice & Call Centre solutions, identity).
You work in our Cegeka office in Hasselt. We apply a smart working policy (hybrid: office-home).
What you need to succeed:
You already have several years of experience in an operational environment and possess the necessary people management skills, preferably gained within a team of support and system engineers.
You can motivate your team members to achieve common goals and results.
You already have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in your pocket.
You are fluent in Dutch and English.
You are customer-oriented and have a healthy dose of assertiveness.
You have excellent social and communication skills: tact, persuasiveness and persuasion.
Integrity and reliability are values to which you attach importance.
You look at things with a critical eye.
You see challenges and stressful situations as opportunities.
You are an initiator and tackle things in a planned way.
Knowledge of and experience with M365, AVD, Citrix, etc. are a plus.
