Founded in 2016 by UZ Leuven and Cegeka, it builds on 25 years of development on the Clinical Workstation (KWS) within UZ Leuven. Nexuzhealth thus combines the years of experience of both organizations in ICT and healthcare with the passion of a startup. By offering the cooperation between different hospitals and the patient in a transparent and unambiguous way, nexuzhealth increases the quality of the care provision. Today, 37 Flemish hospitals and care institutions already work with KWS, accounting for approximately half of the Flemish hospital beds. Patients are also finding their way to, the platform where every patient from an affiliated healthcare institution can consult his or her own file free of charge. About 1 million patients already use the file in their contacts with their care team, either via computer or smartphone.  We are looking for a customer success manager for the Antwerp region. #LI-LC1

  • As a customer success manager, you are the first point of contact for the hospitals in your region.
  • You take on the role of nexuzhealth ambassador, both to the customer and internally through a positive attitude and constructive approach.
  • You identify opportunities that add value for the customer and work out a tailor-made offer.
  • You will be responsible for the business development and budget in your region, and ensure the efficient provision of nexuzhealth services to your customers.
  • You build a long-term cooperation between nexuzhealth and the customer.
  • You respond to customer inquiries and ensure that any customer issues are resolved effectively.
  • You manage complex stakeholder structures and expectations and organize and supervise external and internal consultation bodies.
  • In the implementation of new projects you can rely on project teams to ensure that your client receives a service in line with expectations.
  • You ensure the voice of the customer in the development and rollout of innovative products and services.

What you need to succeed:

  • You have experience with customer success, service and/or business development management in an ICT context.
  • Knowledge of the hospital/healthcare sector is a plus.
  • You are a dynamic and enthusiastic person with a commercial mindset and great empathy.
  • You have a strong service-oriented attitude. Through your insight, social skills, flexibility and commitment you manage to gain and keep the trust of our customers.
  • Your strong organization and communication skills come into their own in our rapidly changing environment.
  • Even when you are assertive you do so in a connecting way.
  • You speak and write fluent Dutch and English. French is a plus.
  • You have a bachelor or master degree.
  • Flexibility: you work from our office in Antwerp, Ghent and/or Hasselt and visit customers and prospects in your region. You will also work from UZ-Leuven and of course there is also room to work from home.
