Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, THE ERP solution for SMEs, is one of the fastest-growing products within the Microsoft portfolio. Consequently, our department responsible for the implementation and service of Business Central is experiencing significant growth and in need of talents. Therefore, for our team focusing on projects west of the Brussels-Antwerp axis, we are looking for an experienced Finance Consultant. We are Cegeka Business Solutions, a team of approximately 260 passionate consultants working on innovative and complex ERP and CRM projects.   • As a Senior Finance Consultant, you play a crucial role in the full lifecycle of the D365 Business Central implementation.
  • You will map the customer's needs and design a solution with standard MS Dynamics 365 (BC) features. In doing so, you perform a Fit-Gap analysis and prepare a blueprint.
  • You initiate the development and configuration of the D365 solution, working closely with technical consultants for any customizations and/or integrations.
  • You support your customer during the transition: training of key-users, support in validation, design and implementation of the migration plan.
  • You guide your customer successfully before and after the go-live.
  • In addition, you lift the team to a higher level by sharing your accumulated expertise and helping to solve complex issues.

What you need to succeed:

  • You have a very good knowledge of financial processes, where you can advise customers on C-level decisions.
  • Preferably you have a good knowledge of Dynamics NAV and/or Business Central. If you have accumulated expertise in other ERP systems (e.g. Exact Online, Odoo, etc.) and understand the underlying logic, we will provide you with training to make Business Central your own.
  • You have a very strong hands-on mentality and analytical thinking skills.
  • As a true team player, you enjoy helping your colleagues and striving with the project team to achieve the best possible result for the customer.
  • You are stress resistant, assertive and take initiative.
  • You have a fluent knowledge of Dutch & English. A good knowledge of French is definitely a plus.
