Within our Connected Health department, we are implementing SP-Expert from the German company Interflex. This is a Workforce management solution for personnel planning and is used in numerous sectors such as healthcare, government, aviation and retail. To strengthen our health division we are looking for an experienced consultant who will implement SP-expert at the customers.  Would you like to work in a close-knit, driven and passionate team?   • You perform a functional analysis in consultation with the customer. You take care of the package implementation of SP-Expert and test the entered data. You provide training, guidance and support to the client in the various implementation phases. 
  • Based on the business objectives, you work out a solution and implement it at the client. You are involved in the pre-sales processes and develop proposals and project proposals. 
  • You will therefore mainly be involved in functional and technical package implementation. 
  • The necessary package-specific training is provided, after which you can go deeper into the subject matter through self-study. 

What you need to succeed:

  • Preferably you have experience with guiding the implementation of software packages. Experience with SP expert is definitely a plus. 
  • Experience in a consulting role is a plus.  
  • You can think conceptually and translate and especially empathize with the customer's environment and business processes. 
  • You have affinity or experience with planning problems (time registration, personnel planning, MRP, ERP,....). 
  • You have the necessary business sense. 
  • You can work independently and autonomously. You are result-oriented. You take into account a predefined script or project plan. 
  • You are flexible and customer-oriented. You can work in (sometimes) "politically" sensitive environments. 
  • You have commercial and communicative skills (listening, presenting, writing and reporting). 
  • You take on the role of Cegeka ambassador both towards the client and internally through a positive attitude and constructive approach. 
  • You are fluent in Dutch and speak and write good English. Knowledge of French is an advantage.
