  • As the Global Learning & Development Manager, you collaborate closely with our CHRO to craft a well-considered global L&D strategy to ensure that the organisation’s skillset develops in line with Cegeka’s ambitions and solution portfolio.
  • The concrete L&D plan is managed at corporate level, yet implemented locally and in close cooperation with subject matter experts from the business. It encompasses standardizing, expanding, branding and enhancing the accessibility of L&D offerings to ensure a high overall user frequency and satisfaction rate.
  • You ensure efficient and effective global processes, tools and relevant content for an optimal employee experience.
  • You will successfully execute this plan in tandem with our L&D team of which the team members are based in multiple countries.
  • As a manager, you'll mentor, guide, and develop the international L&D team towards further globalization, fostering their growth and performance and stimulating lean processes.
  • You ensure effective communication and alignment within the team and other key stakeholders.
  • Additionally, you will provide guidance on optimizing the current and future Learning Management System to better support our continuous learning culture aiming for simplification.
  • You will manage corporate L&D projects in collaboration with the team and you will take the lead in specific learning tracks (eg leadership tracks).
  • You promote the learning offering actively in the entire organization and collect continuously ideas for improvement to be taken into consideration.
  • In selecting partners, you aim for a good balance between quality, cost, and international offerings.
  • Additionally, you are familiar with the commercial learning offerings within our solution portfolio and incorporate the relevant components into our offerings.

What you need to succeed:

  • You have experience in Learning & Development in a global setting.
  • You have worked in a tech company, preferably in IT.
  • Proven experience in independently managing projects is key.
  • You thrive in a dynamic and evolving environment where you focus on results.
  • You fluently communicate in English.
  • Strong leadership, coaching and people management skills are your strengths, including leading a global team.
