  • As Project Manager, you will be responsible for internal projects within the areas of Cegeka Cloud Infrastructure, Cyber Security, Continuous Improvement, Internal Processes and many more.
  • Together with the stakeholders you define the scope and impact of projects, giving you a clear picture of the needs and objectives. You then translate these into a project plan with value-based deliverables.
  • Obviously, you are responsible for the delivery of the entire project within the agreed scope, budget and time, meeting organizational requirements, methodology and quality standards.
  • You communicate proactively with stakeholders on all relevant aspects of your assigned projects. You know how to find the right balance between formal reporting (steering groups, team meetings...) and informal coordination moments.
  • The motivation and development of your project staff is close to your heart. You therefore play an active role in feedback and adjustment.

What you need to succeed:

  • You'll need an Bachelor's or Master's degree.
  • You should bring 3 to 5 years of experience in Project Management.
  • You like diving into business analyses and turning them into action-packed portfolios, programs, and projects.
  • You have a good general view on (infrastructure) projects and implementation methods.
  • Inspire with your mastery of stakeholder management and your talent for guiding organizations through changes.
  • Applying a pragmatic project approach, rooted in proven methodologies such as Prince2 and Agile.
  • Navigate effortlessly between the big picture and the details.
  • You have strong leadership skills. Combined with excellent people management skills, you know how to effectively lead, direct and coordinate a team to achieve goals.
  • Handle the administrative side with finesse and wow everyone with your impeccable English, both spoken and written.
